    Sweetbreads and leftover skirt steak casserole.
    Wife insisted it had veges with it.

    It has a soft texture and quite a subtle flavour. It benefits from a few herbs, or a good batter with onions and sweetcorn, etc, added. It's not a strong flavour like liver.
