    A new video up on the channel. One of my favourite things to do on my self-sufficient piece of land is to feed the eels that live in my boundary stream. I only feed them once a week so they don't become reliant on the free handouts.

    Thats super cute and sweet, I love eels. Hope our native eel populations stay strong for generations to come.

    I've been experimenting with cooking older wild goats. This goat was probably over 5-years old; an age where if it is not rutting I'd mince the meat. After taste testing the fillets and finding them to be tender and very mild, I decided to slow cook the leg. Here is the verdict about the meat tenderness
