    Help with dehydrator

Hey guys just after some advice. I have dehydrated some bolognese and chilli mince but now I'm trying to vacume pack them. But the dried mince seems to be putting tiny holes in the plastic bags. So far 3 of the 4 I have had to redo. Do you have any tips to stop this before I carry on with the rest

It is already dehydrated so freezer burn is not an issue. You don't really need to vacuum pack it.

It is summer so maybe not an issue at the moment, but in high humidity it can reabsorb water and go a bit bung. fat can go a bit rancid if it sucks a bit of water back in and festers for a while.
