Condiments etc should enhance/heighten not hide/obscure/overwhelm the flavours, should they not!
Yeah-nah I usually eat one item at a time off the plate, unless it's beans or peas with mashed spuds, enjoy mustard on steak and tomatoe sauce on fish and chips and sausages. That's it, sparrows arse is really good eat it raw:thumbsup:
