Look more consistent than ones I made recently. Mates sausage machine runs off the water pressure (no idea if that the normal way to do it) but pump wasn't grunty enough for the machine, needed to run the kitchen tap to get pump to flick on turn Kitchen tap on and sausage valve open then run casing out till pressure died again!!!
Biggest question what do they taste like?!?
Run it off a compressor instead of water faster and more consistent pressure just make sure your just under max operating pressure
