    Smiddy, are you Josh's sidekick?

What about a slow roast in the oven covered with foil, roast veges and gravy?

Chuck in roasting dish with lid, add peeled n halved onion, whole clove o garlic, herbs as available (bay thyme rosemary sage - all or whatevers in the back yard) Chopped apple, halve lemon etc wouldnt hurt. Beer cider or water bout a half inch deep - dust with cumin, corriander and paprika. 180 deg for 30-40 min then just under 150 for another 2 n a half ish. when its fallin off the bone drain the juice mash the onion chuck in a pot with some spicy plum / bbq tui sauce add soy balsamic (whatever you like) reduce by half "pull pork" and mix.

Read some recipies - get the gist and go from there. You cant fk up cooking it just ends up different from intended.....

Slow cook it in an oven bag with a bit of liquid in it, the bag holds the moisture in the meat. We do all our roasts that way now.
Shut up, get out & start pushing!

Smiddy I understand why you would want the meat to be more tender and more tasty but I am trying to rationalise why you would want to why you would go to all this trouble so that your missus will eat it. Maybe I am selfish but Rushy doesn't share food. Just watch, now some smart prick will chime in and say it shows.

Chop it small and casserole or curry it once it's roasted if you want to save it when it comes out chewy
