Thread: What do you use for bagging meat before freezing ?

I use zip lock bags and a wee trick to get them vac sealed so well, fill up a bucket of water and only leave a small section of the zip not locked, lower it into the water, the pressure from the water presses the air out, lock it off and presto cheap vac packer!
