I copied a Go-ped I already had, and bent/welded the frame up myself. And used a few parts from a kids bike and made the rest to make it all work. As usual there was a lot more work to complete than I had anticipated.
A proper Go-ped will do about 40kph. The one I made from the weed whacker only does about 20kph... and hence has been christened the "Slow-ped". But none the less, it was still a satisfying project to see through to a useable toy that people can have fun on.

Hell yeah. Like the whole project. Time is not a measure on these type of projects...
Is there a second, more adult version on the plan board?

I've still got this one on the go, but I'm having a break from it until after the roar as I've spent to much time on it and wasn't enjoying working on it.
I am looking forward to finishing and enjoying it, but no rush as I'll keep this one for life.
