    They are currently exempt under Section 22 of the Arms Act.

    No. As Gundoc has said, not under section 22, a miniature is exempt. Although I have registered the small cartridge cannon, just because it's cartridge.

    I scaled the dimensions from and original one. Not exact but pretty close so it looks proportional.
