    Where did you score the paint from? Come as a standard colour or did you have it mixed?

    I just asked for olive drab, that being the "actual" name for it, as you see the different shades the shinny green having lacquer mixed in it changed the final appearance but is a lot tougher on the outside
    Grouchy Smurf had it right all along...

    Just a note the tins arent calibre specific generally the small ones known as m19s are for single belts the bigger m2a1has 4 5.56 belts or 2 7.62 belts or boxes of carts instead of belts.

    These cans are water proof. I used to fill them with shot shells and stash them under bushes and pampas grass etc , pre season, near various favored duck shooting spots so I would have didnt have worry about carrying in spare ammo, then pick them up after the season ended . They survived floods no trouble
    Get as close as you can then six feet closer
