Very cool. May have to print a few for the 650XL owners in my life. Will probably just roll the wall out of aluminium sheet though.

What's the OD of the tubular wall? Could be made from PVC pipe?

The base plate, wall and collator plate each take about 16 hours to print. The small stuff as little as 45mins. For later mods the base and wall will probably get joined just for testing when I f*** up its a 16 hour print and not a 32 hour one!

What does 6 inch / 155mm pipe cost per metre?

In theory if I alter a dimension in CAD its reflected in the part, however sometimes the result is, um totally wierd....

The OD is 158mm with a 3mm wall

The wall is a 22 hour print using 70.5m of filament, so the cost is $7.34 to print incl power.

When the print is finished though its "pre-drilled" and bolts right on.

That's pretty close, so a small scale down from 158mm to 150mm.. I got given a few offcuts, 1 is about meter long so @stretch can go crazy with that
