Use two timber slats fixed to the wall vertically, drill appropriately positioned holes correct for caliber of used brass of your choice into the slats, with one hole positioned at the trigger guard of the rifle and one under the fore end or barrel.
Using spent brass with the primer removed, place the neck of the brass into the drilled hole up the the shoulder and the fit a long screw through the primer hole and into the timber.

Spent brass become horizontal pegs to hang rifles on. Select some nice timber for the slats and clear coat it for visual effect.
    Everything maintains a gun theme.
