    Im not sure if any tablet will recive and process wifi video but there is a usb video capture device that will work and can be pluged into the recever above. I have a scopeless night vision sight on my air rifle, the camera plugs into the easycap, which then plugs into a USB OTG cable into the phone which I use a screen.
