G'day fellas I was just watching the local news on the NZ buy back and a cop from over there stated it's going well there was a long line up since early morning till early evening which I doubt but anyway then a bloke from I think ''Deer breeding and hunting'' or something like that well he said they wouldn't be handing their guns in full stop and I say onya boys we here in Aussie basically bent over and bought our own Vaseline with gun laws hence the position we're in now so gents dig in deep and I hope all goes well for you and if you get a win of some caliber then it may set an example to some over here and give them a back bone to stand up and be counted Cheers

If you have a shottie that is chambered to take 3 1/2" shells you measure the capacity using 3 1/2
' shells. Therefore you can get more in if you load with 2 1/2" shells. Not sure where you stand legally though if you put more than 7 2 1/2" shells into a 3 1/2" mag. I imagine at that point you break the law. A bit like the old rules where the high capacity mag was legal until you put it into an A cat rifle.
