Yep they do. went through all of that just last year. The AO was a really hot looking chick so of course I had to let the lady go first up the steps to the attic and it took me ages to get the safe open.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
Rule 5: Check your firing zone
Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms

Yeah, I'll bet it was the tall-ish blonde, does vetting and inspections for West Auckland. Brenda I think. She did my checks when I first got my B & E. Last visit was from the old retired cop who has a mobility ticket on his car.
10MRT shooters do it 60 times, in two directions and at two speeds.

She may be a forum member Toby so I will not respond to that.

    Trust me.
So the guy in Southland (Gorge road area) that was duck shooting on a pond within 60m from a public road and got charged with discharging a firearm within 200m of a public place, he would like you rule and not the judges one.

Is not anywhere the public has access to a public place?
We all had to get f endorsement on our licences to use em in our yard because the public could walk or drive in

There is no such charge, he would have been annoying, frightening or endangering persons or property. No piece of Arms Act legislation states a distance you must be. I'm more than happy to be proved wrong.

    Trust me

Not the fulla Crzyman is talking about.

It said he was shooting 80 meters from his neighbors house. Which is probably close enough to annoy someone, which is the illegal part
