Thread: FAL Application Form Referral Question

Filling out a FAL application form and got stuck on two questions in the referral section. One says "Drivers License" other "Firearms License". What are they asking? Yes? No? License numbers?

If you have one or the other put that number in, the other one will disappear. If you are applying for an endorsement put your F/A number in.

They want a licence number as a means of confirming the identity of your referee.

Another question about the license application form. Under where we fill out our current address it asks how long we've lived there, listed as "from" and "to". Obviously "from" is the date of moving in. But what do I write for "to"? The date of when I filled out the form? Which will be months before speaking to the AO. Should I just write 'current'? would did you all write?
