Was in the news last year I think.
This was the one, surfers and fisherman fired at.last year.
Wasn't an isolated incident either
I'm fairly careful on DOC land knowing that a bald farmer on the boundary is watching me with his trail cams if I cross his fence. Not a bad shot either.:D
I dont think it matters if the shots were "to scare game away"
If someone shoots in your direction, in plain sight, they are guilty of at the very least, careless use, if not attempted murder.
Of course, proving it is a different matter.
And I dont believe that Josh would stoop so low , just for publicity
Who the fuck is Josh and why is he popular?
Don’t think it was a publicity stunt, he rung me as soon as he got out from this trip to tell me what had happened, pretty serious shit, I think if his boy had of been with him it would be a different outcome
I prob see Josh less than 1 a month and havnt hunted with him for a couple of years so have no reason to be biased towards him

Heard another go over Dougs fence had a peek but carried on and got lucky.Must be my stealthy hunting boots.

Hi Guys, I originally posted this because I was suprised that in the current climate regarding firearms a pretty serious allegation had been made, and not seemingly taken that seriously by the Police.
I cant help but wonder if a hunter had fired over a boundary onto private land in the vicinity of some trampers, if the outcome would be the same.
Or if they would still have a licence?
