Same vetting file they have been using for about 7 years. Some officers are just more practical than others.
Wrong!! There is no requirement to secure a "lockable cabinet, container, or receptacle of stout construction in which firearms may be stored;" in the act or the regulations. The requirement to secure the police approved container by a police approved method to the building only applies to endorsed firearms.Quote:
