    Do you get called a poacher if you were illegally hunting on Public Land? If so they were either a poacher, or just stupid that they didn't check their gun was loaded for the trip in. Pretty lucky no one was killed.

    Got poacher from them driving down a public road with a loaded firearm, surrounded by doc land, in a spot that has a huge poaching problem at midnight.
