That would be good advice except that lawyers can really only give opinions on matters of law... I'm asking for advice on a matter of opinion about a purported privilege; not a matter of law.
I spoke to one of New Zealand's preeminent constitutional lawyers the other day. He told me that the US constitution gave American's the right to keep and bear arms. He also said that there was no corresponding right in New Zealand. It took only two questions to have his mind changed![]()
