    Charged with "unlawful possession of a firearm" does that mean he's unlicensed, that won't get the media's attention as being licensed would have.

    Yep a shotgun so the current story goes, so most likely doesn't have a licence. Lucky it's only us licensed firearms owners who are a danger to society
