Hi have you tried running a couple of boxes of heavy stuff through her to loosen her up so to speak .The 612 is a gas gun so a good gunsmith should be able to open up the gas ports a little to give the action a bit more grunt but once done it cannot be reversed and once done if you put heaver loads through her you will hammer her to death .Another option could be to put in a slightly lighter action return spring ie requiers less power to work the action ,some gunsmiths probably wont want to know due to the fact theres allways a chance of a cock up .maybe keep the armsan for the heavey work and get one for the light stuff you carnt have to many shotties you know
