    Hard to find good staff

    So i sent the workers out this morning to do a simple chore, just gather some sheep and push them up through a gate way
    Phone rings, roll a smoke.... check on progress and whala... busted

    We quite lucky with the weather and most the farm is kikuyu so it was still green when all the rye died off, we dont get frost on the coast here
