If the lump is external to the throat, then have a closer look to see of there is an entry point on it. If so then it's an infection, caused by anything from hook grass seedhead to it's last fight with a possum. Anyway, it's a vet trip.

Yeah once I had some helpful ideas of what it could be I went right there.
Shes not 100% sure what it is but said there is an infection and gave me some anti biotics. Shes hoping it'll come right but is not sure if there is something stuck in there if there is she said when the lump starts to go if there is something they put her out and take it out.

TBH, it might not be a bad idea to take her to the vet, if its nothing to worry about all it will cost you is a general check up fee - and the rest of her will get checked out too. If it is something to worry about, it would be better for them to operate than you![]()
