About LinkBacksI had one of the first Chesapeake's bred in NZ. Great dogs for waterfowl. Tough as nails. Mine once picked up 15 ducks shot by a mate without a dog three hours after the last one was shot. Found a couple of wounded ones on the way back to the truck as well. He died about ten years ago and I haven't had a dog half as good since.
