A family photo taken this arvo after a good day giving the pups a run on birds. From left to right Ace, his mother Jazz, Aces father Rex, brothers Wynn and Phil.

FTCH Innistona Shoots sire line is alive and well. From these dogs in a direct male line through Wingfield Chief to Shoot in Ireland then Sleive Gallion Grouse. Then the Scotney and Segontium dogs, then to the US to Lexington Jake and Muscle Shoals Jake, then back to England to Cohams Bang / Prices Bang in the 1800s. Bang being the fountainhead of the sire line behind every FDSB pointer in the US today. Amazing where the story of these dogs takes you.

As a side note that sire line went unbroken FTCH father to son for 60 years, ending with FTCH Wingfield Banner here in NZ. Shame he wasn't bred more

    Cracking photo
All those with dogs waiting no longer fear death. Those with many dogs waiting even welcome it in it's time.

Thats my very happy fox terrier after tracking a spiker that I hit a bit too far back since I shot at it while it was running, it only went about 50m though, since the shot angled through hitting the back of the lungs.
