    If you go with the flash food by a small bag for a start and see how they go, several of mine scour on it. Even though it's flash doesn't mean it will work.
    They all crap properly on the Tux energy thing, and it's cheap, normally around 100-120 a 40kg and try to add fat when I can get it. Tried that rice one to and I've added that to the flash food list as they all shat sloppy on it.
