    Carbon Elites

    Decided on a whim to do a carbon wrapped barrel as I didn't mind the look and finish of them, decided even more when I got my hands on some Shilen barrels in light contour so decided to go for it. Also got my heavier varmint barrel done with others as well to bulk it up in the A3 stock.

    Had played around with carbon sleeves on others rifles as well that wanted the same look also done couple of full over barrel suppressed rifles with carbon tube.

    Heres my what I call Carbon Elite hunter rifle and the Varmint

    Can be long or short action, Remington 700, Tikka T3 and Sako A7 only

    Specs are:
    Rem 700 S/A
    Trued Action
    Sako extractor fitted (small)
    Senator 75 Carbon stock
    Bedded with alloy pillars
    Shilen select match barrel 24", Carbon wrapped (this one is chambered in 7mm-300 WSM 1.9 twist)
    3" Magazine
    Fluted bolt (straight or spiral)
    Radial Brake and invisifit thread cap (threaded M16x1)
    Target crown
    Talley rings epoxied to action (will be lapped)
    Weight 2.31kg bare with rings (5.2lbs for the old school)
    Guarantee 1/2 MOA
