Sika are not large. Even as low as 400 grain would do, 40lbs+ if trad kit. The most important thing above basic momentum is a great tune. A well tuned sufficiently heavy arrow from a 40lb recurve is far more lethal than a 60lb shooting noodles. And so you should bareshaft and broadhead tune. Bareshaft with field points should group with fletched out to your effective hunting distance. Ensure your broadhead is shaving sharp (ideally 2 blade in my biased opinion). I shoot the Gold Tip Hunters, but the budget (Aliexpress) Accmos are good too. My current hunting rig is a 56lb recurve shooting GT Hunter 340 spine, for a GPP of around 9.3.
