The old 303 is capable of very good case life with moderate loads and neck annealing if you use regular dies. I never full length size a case - only neck size. Accuracy can be pretty good too.

Shooting of a rest set up is very good for learning sight picture and trigger control. It'll improve your general shooting quite a bit. That scissor jack idea is real neat! I'm going to copy it...
