    It would be nicer on the brass to use an intermediate 6.5 expander mandrel before the 7. Anneal it beforehand to be extra nice.

    Easiest way- stand the barrels upside down in a bucket and spray down the bores liberally with CRC or WD40. Leave overnight and a patch should take the whole lot out.
