As we get older the macho act disappears real fast. Nearly 70 and still getting up the hill to keep meat in the freezer. Had too many years of carrying out whole deer to sell to pay the bills in my...

I do now, its taken a fair few kilo's of ok sausages but i now have a pretty consistent formula. Take notes on what you do, and write down any changes or tweaks you make. The biggest issue I have...

Start by tracking down someone with a borescope to get an accurate assessment of bore condition. If it’s only pitted right near the muzzle, a chop and rethread may sort your issues..

Yes, I remember the smirk when people referred to "Made in Japan", not so any more. I do wonder if that derision was deserved considering the build quality of my 1932 Arisaka. Some of it surely was...

I cannot quite place where exactly a laser like this would be of value? My Maxtoch Sniper lights up my cattle's eyes at over 1000m. I can't shoot accurately at night beyond 250m. Their led torches...

I watched a video of BRB the other day and he said don't age any meat if using it for small goods ie sausages, salami etc You get a much better product if used fresh. So I would use it or freeze...

Mince is much quicker to go off than whole muscle groups, it's worth being very conservative. There is a lot of surface area and it's been handled a lot and had any contaminants thoroughly mixed in.

2208 will be too slow to get the best out of the 110s. I was over 51grns with the 130 and it is real tricky to get more than that in and very compressed load. 2206h or h335 will be much better.

2213 in .308? 2208 will be useable, but 2206H or H335 would be better. Bullets kill by tearing apart vital tissue destroying pneumatics, hydraulics and electrics, running Targex 165 Hp in my .308....
