    large areas with goats and many no control by DOC- a lot of landowners though place a value on them as at certain times of year can be sold and worth mustering - a lot of sheep farmers dont want...

    another area that is worth looking at - big area of DOC land - from the Rawhitiroa road ( turns of just North of Eltham ) at Omoana there is a road turns of to the south called the Mataiwhetu road...

    I had one very similar many years ago accurate - severely underpowered and expensive to run - but fun yeah --not worth a lot sorry they can be temperamental
