Ar15 man. Can be had for same price as a tikka, and are at least twice as fun. Be prepared to spend more in ammo though. For a bolt gun, the howa mini's are a neat wee gun

I think so... My first one shot 50-80gr projectiles well. If you like long shots the fast twist let's you shoot high bc heavy bullets, also you may find a deer in your varmint spot, the heavy bullet...

Get another Tikka. 223 comes in 1:8 twist, not all do. And they normally shoot good. I'd say this is the general consensus through out the threads from years gone by.
