   That won't work. The 303 shoulder and body is fatter than the 7.62x39 one. You will smoosh your cases trying. The collet die works well for a few firings until the brass starts springing back too...

    Yes you can make 7x57 from .270, fireforming loads not necessary if you don't want to. I've formed 6mm Rem, 7x57, 8x60, 7x60 from from .30-06 & .270 (and .35 Whelen just to see if I could)...
