You need to cut around the rectum etc from the outside before pulling the guts out. That was my job at the meatworks during varsity holidays, doing 1085 sheep per shift! You need a knife four inches...

Sambar in Victoria, needs to be at least .270 130gr legally. So the 6.5 PRC is out. Secondary target is goats at 500-700m which again is out of the creedmoors reach with monos. (Paddock shooting, no...

I would bide my time and buy a 7 saum second hand when one comes up. I have not owned one, but looking at the same sort of options as yourself for a while, the Saum is the best pick for performance /...

CBH Australia liked post by woods223 On thread : Article in RNZ on poisoning from eating animals shot with lead loads
Bits of lead still show up in x-rays of my-self, result of historic firearms incidents. Some of this lead has been in place for in excess of 40 years. Due to my work situation I used to have full...

Like everyone says, leave the offal on the hill. At this time of year you can hang an animal for at least a few days without issue. To keep flies off you can use either a game bag or a sleeping bag...

Deer with sodoum ouroacetate. Usual concentration in cereal bait is 0.15% I think. Two three 15gram baits are lethal.

Thanks Tahr. Luckily the particular stock I have in mind is an old one that's not mounted on a rifle. It will purely be a decorative item for hanging on the wall, so no worries about losing value on...
