Around 57-58gr of 2213sc goes good in most rifles with 150s, think it's a bit hotter than ADI book max but ADI are a bunch of sissies with their load data. Work up to it in any case. 2209 will go ok...

Assuming that you are only drilling the handle/tang for pins, and you are trying to keep the original saw blade heat treat, your cheapest and easiest solution is to spot "temper" where you are going...
