I've got one too and it does the job really well . Coupla little foibles with it, few tricks , etc, but no showstoppers I got mine from Sinclairs as well. Their service has proven to be excellent.

Most issues are user based. I test on 2 different PCs and 3 different iOS devices and can rarely replicate results. If it can't be replicated and is not a common issue then not a lot can be done....

They'll be ok provided they're in good condition, just make sure you clean your bore really really really well after use. Boiling water is good.
