   You can achieve that easily with 140 or 150g projectiles in the .270 and slow then down No need for a rebarrel

   I should've added my coal in my above post, these were seated out at 3.470", a lot longer than what fits in my mag (A7) .

    I got the rifle back yesterday and worked out my lengths etc. COAL is 91.25mm, which is just back from the lands. Perfect. I loaded a little ladder test to test for pressure - got up to 72gr ar2225...
