lower velocities are to be expected with 2213. Any load that gives close to 3000 fps with a 160+ gn pill is lively. You're right, you can feel the change in dynamics when your in the zone.

I use 25.0 and 25.5 of 2208 behind a Barnes 80.5 gn .224 pill so you can be a bit braver. Seated out long though.
