You're onto it, what I've been saying all along. The forms themselves are not illegal, insistence that everything on them must be filled in before signing would be.

It does not make the form illegal at all, it is simply not a legal requirement to use that form.

A mate had them on his Nissan ute and it always started to aquaplane at 65-70km/h with the slightest rain. Very uncomfortable feeling. :XD:
