    Interesting. From my perspective I expect that how the US Army interprets "incapacitate" is quite different to the "ethical clean kill" that I expect on deer and Tahr That's why I wouldn't use one...

    10 to 20m max, just get an air rifle to plink in the back yard (or even in the garage with a good wide thick backstop), no need for FAL if over 18. Cheap to shoot and confirms if you want to get more...

    nikko stirling make airgun rated scopes called air king they are good for the money I run 2 1 on my 222 and one on a 22 hornet hunting and outdoor supplies has them
