If we want to be more specific in regards to 'good deer cartridges/calibres', then I would start with a bullet weight between 120gr up to about 180gr max, with a diameter of between .25 and .30, with...

I wonder how much a photo of an accurate shot target alongside your rifle would help it sell? I would give one of the main reasons for buying a rifle to be that of accuracy. I want accuracy, so...

Fawls liked post by Hermitage On thread : Why are some Sellers not offering shipping?
I'm not sure why some private sellers of rifles in NZ state 'pick-up only'... it is restricting their customer base greatly. On this very forum, there are two rifles I would be interested in but...

PipIstrelle liked post by Hermitage On thread : Scope suggestions
I used to think that the lack of a zero stop was the only thing keeping the Sightron SIII from being the perfect scope for a LR hunting rig. Now it's available as the SIII PLR 6-24×50 Zero-Stop...

Maybe look into their tracking a bit harder if you are going to be dialing a lot. The Youtube scope reviewer 'Cyclops' only gave the Element Helix 6/10 for tracking - the worst of 7 different 6-24x...

This is a good idea as 'derogatory and personal attacks' have been tolerated by moderators of this forum in the past. To me, the word "troll" is the most overused word on this forum. I have been...

If someone assaults a person with whom they’re in a family relationship, they can be jailed for up to two years so family harm would come under Category 2, not Category 1. But you are saying that...
