I've been interested in rifles and shooting since my teenage years (now 40). Mostly into long range target or rabbit shooting using a laser range finder and dialable scope.

    Leupold scopes are definitely quality...no doubt. My point is that the price vs value is just not there anymore if one takes in consideration other top line scope brands. I suppose that argument...

    NzMavrick I've found that the below are great 2nd hand mid-range scopes that sell for around NZ$400...worth looking at instead of Leupold: Nikon Monarch III 3-12x42 BDC s/h or 4-16x50 BDC ...
