Boiled linseed gives a nice finish, but will spot when it gets wet. Trueoil is pretty good, I rate it for something that does what it says on the bottle. There are more complicated ways of doing it,...

I hate supressors , bipods, slings and any crap on a rifle the aint needed when im in the bush .... I don't wear earplugs when hunting and im deaf as a plank , but I still hate crap on guns.
