    Yeah I read that too but it didn't make sense to me, surely the police already have those powers, if they have evidence they can get search warrants now right? Could just be poor journalism though...

    I've got a hunters element bino defender, it is fine for the binos but it's a challenge putting anything else in there like a snack bar, range finder etc. Also the magnetic catches tend to f*** up...

    They should not be asking for S/Ns "for your safety" or any other reasons, we don't have a register yet. Mine wasn't interested in S/Ns but asked me how many I had IN FRONT OF MY WIFE!
