Before we traded up to our Jayco caravan we had an Aussie off road trailer tent. It folded up and out, had a floor built in, queen sized bed, pull out kitchen…sold it cheap to one of our sons down...

I had my o/b serviced when under warranty but now do it myself by roughly following the checklist in the service manual. I grease nipples, change plugs, replace gear case oil, remove prop and grease...

I’ve gotta put my cents worth in here and accept I may be shot down. We park our caravan and go exploring in the d-max - now mu-x. With the former, I carried high lift jack that doubled as a winch...

I have 2006 Yamaha 70 two stroke. In storage, the motor will creep down in manner you describe. I ‘found’ a plastic road marker that I place between motor leg and power head to stop the annoying sag...

As stated on other threads, we had a 2017 manual d-max. Loved it. It towed our caravan 5500 km round the Sth island recently and returned approx 10.5 litres/100 km during the two month trip. A couple...

One son has a Prado. He takes it places where your feet try exiting through the firewall due to inclination. The 3l turbo has given no issues (250 km) but ball joints/cvs/radiator needed attention....

If I was younger, I’d buy an AMF. Built like a tank! If I were to quit my current Stabi that I’ve had since 2006, I’d probably go Profile. My mates one was far more comfy in the chop than my boat.

Excellent effort! As a 6.5x55 user (I have several old ones plus a Tikka) I’m interested in the deer running before tumbling down. I’ve read where 6.5 pills can pencil through, so use 143 eldx. Last...
