Some of our Aussie members may have seen some of this .300BLK load development on the Aussie forum but I have done lots more development since then and will add the more recent stuff here too. A...

johnd liked post by R93 On thread : .223 Ackley Improved
I have been forming improved cases for a fair while now. Imo the most important thing whether you are forming with or without projectiles is that the base of the cartridge is snug against the bolt...

Pinto, Kea & Prestcott are all good brands. Companies that are still manufacturing & selling against the Chinese imports speak for them selves. Buy NZ made.

Yes I was single feeding mine up until a few weeks ago when I did the detachable mag mod. A Tikka T3 would be a better donor for that cal, long mags and the .223 Rem comes in a 1-8 twist option. A...

Busy inletting a stock for AICS DBM, so have AI mags on the brain at the moment. Watched some vids about "tuning" the feed lips on the mags so they have similar/consistent tension. Quick trip...

Great topic and one very close to home with me. I have fairly recently entered the world of 6.5 Creedmoor after 20+ years of favouring .308win. I strayed to this fad/trendy cal with apprehension...

Fired about 800 rounds in Lapua 6.5 CM cases with CCI 450, mostly AR2209 but also RE17, AR 2208, 2206H and Superformance. Not one misfire and at least 500 rounds shot were reduced loads for target...

Every powder is different, some powders get "hotter" as temps cool which is the opposite of conventional thinking. Do some googling of the temp sensitivity of the powder you are using and then test...

I remember them coming out not long after I got mine. I wasn't happy as I would've stumped up the extra cash for one.
