Generally stay at top end of load rates so long as they shoot ok and are safe, I like to get close to around the 3000 fps mark for several of my rifles as it seems to give a good balance of power...

Russell-Hobbs is single seal. You can of course double seal manually if you want to. I occasionally do this when there is too much moisture in the food for whatever reason.

This is true. I had 2 horses roll down the mountain and fall in the river and they got out just fine. The saddles were a little worse for wear however.
