    Rule of thumb, is , dont use your thumb, use a bullet daimeter. If your in a boat still use the thumb and make sure your tail is covered to prevent detonation if your less than 60 % full. Oh hang on...

    I used to have a permit to shoot from the road onto private property, and road berms, we used to shoot in the town inside city limits in Alex too just using common sense.

    I would agree with Woody but they may have passed it up? now? I had a GC new Rizzini but Mr T seems to be able to get around most objects. Via various methods... to the greater good.
